health coverage for hospital and physician services. HMO members are usually required to
choose from a network of participating healthcare providers for all health services. Includes
more than 4,700 names of executives and other decision makers.
More than 670 Preferred Providers Organizations, which provide prepaid, comprehensive
health plans with established networks of physicians, hospitals, and ancillary providers.
PPOs must provide utilization review and mechanism for payment. Includes the names of
more than 6,800 executives and high-level decision makers.
Each record includes the facility name, full address, and the names of the directors.
